Your membership provides the right to perform through the SWCast.net site a) a broadcast transmission that complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable statutory licensing obligations and b) a broadcast transmission that does not exceed the specified limits for aggregate-tuning-hours and gross revenue for any given billing cycle.
