The individual or organization specified below has registered for membership in the Joint Performance Licensing Program administered by SWCast Network, Inc.

The registrant is hereby granted a non-transferable license to publicly perform, by means of a digital audio broadcast transmission originating through the SWCast Network site, all non-dramatic musical works in the ASCAP and BMI repertories pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 statutory license and the Personal Broadcast Services Agreement.
